At Jewelry by TFC, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
You may cancel your Subscription with TFC + ME at any time, subject to the timeframes below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions.
In order to cancel your Subscription, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate that you wish to cancel your Subscription and follow the instructions that we send you in response.
There are no cancellation fees.
Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal. For the TFC + ME Subscription this means you must cancel 48 hours prior subscription renewal on the 20th of each month. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
Additional rules may apply for International Subscribers.
Exchanges (if applicable)
TFC + ME Subscription jewelry is not exchangeable. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to contact us, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 6212 Dora Drive Mount Dora Florida US 32757. We do not accept returns.
Taxes and Shipping and Handling
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. Any Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order and will appear as a separate charge on your order confirmation.
