What a fun day / night at the shop! Yesterday I worked at Matamo Designs (and I hate to say worked because it was so much fun in there)! We were open late, til 8:00, because of Mount Dora's once a month Art Stroll... second Friday of every month. Local artists are in their galleries sharing their collections and happy to talk to passers by about their work and passion. I think I had a smile on my face all day long... the shop was full of locals and people on vacation coming to see what new decor Debbie had for...

Not a bad place to work!
So, we have friends who are fortunate enough to have a second home on Anna Maria Island and we were fortunate enough to be invited to spend the weekend with them this weekend. But, you know how that goes... always feeling the need to be productive! So, after a day and evening of catching up and partying, I was forced to actually get some work done this afternoon. Woe is me... I guess its not a terrible thing! :-)
